One way to improve or maintain health is by scheduling preventative exams. With two weeks left, use this time to schedule preventative exams including annual physicals, dental visits, mammograms, Pap tests, blood work, cholesterol and blood pressure checks.
“So often we ask ourselves, ‘Is this normal?’, but are too embarrassed to ask anyone else,” said Dr. Bailey Runkles, JRMC gynecologist and obstetrician. “It is my job to answer those questions for you in a safe and open environment.”
Enjoy this week’s community activity outside of normal activities and yield five bonus points this week.
